台南一所工商的篮球教练，被指控逼迫16岁球员吃教练自己的臭袜子，还恐吓球员不准吐出来。
直到家长报警、提起诉讼，校方启动调查，才发现共有5名学员被教练长期殴打、体罚。此外教练还警告学生不能声张，否则会去找“黑道”。
法院认定这名教练对少年犯强制罪，判教练5个月刑期。
