格隆汇8月1日丨杭州园林(300649.SZ)公布，近日，杭州市规划和自然资源局余杭分局以网上挂牌公开出让的方式出让“杭政储出[2025]90号”的国有建设用地使用权，公司以自有资金13,033万元竞得前述地块的土地使用权，并与杭州市规划和自然资源局余杭分局签署了《杭州市余杭区国有建设用地使用权出让合同》。
