1、在盆中放入400克面粉,加入5克白糖,两克小苏打,三克酵母,搅拌均匀之后倒入240克的温牛奶,搅成面絮状后下手揉成光滑的面团盖上保鲜膜发酵40分钟。
2、在准备300克面粉,加入两克小苏打,三克白糖,三克酵母,然后倒入160克提前蒸好搅碎凉凉的南瓜泥,搅成面絮状后,揉成一个光滑的黄色面团,也扣上保鲜膜发酵至体积的一倍大。
3、时间到后,分别将它们揉匀排气至原来的大小,然后将它们搓成长条切成小剂子,再将每个小剂子给它揉至表面光滑,然后把白色面剂子搓成中间粗两头细的锥形状。
4、黄色面团给它擀成大圆饼,取一个碗压沿着边部压成一个个的小叶子的形状,这一个剂子可以压成三片小叶子。
5、再将白色的面坯儿中间压一个印儿,整理成香蕉的形状,取一片黄色的叶子表面沾一点清水,放在白色面团儿上面一半以下的地方,三片面片儿边部给它捏紧,整理一下形状,这样一个香蕉小馒头就做好了。

6、之后将它放入蒸锅进行二次醒发,15分钟左右再开火,水开以后蒸15分钟,关火不到6分钟后开盖将它取出。
