7月28日，晋西车轴（600495）发布公告，控股股东晋西集团获得农业银行9000万元贷款承诺，用于增持公司股票，计划自2025年4月9日起12个月内增持金额不低于5000万元、不高于1亿元，增持股份数量不超过公司总股本的2%。
2025年一季度，晋西车轴实现收入3.73亿元，归母净利润782万元。
