曾家山平均海拔1400米,总面积586平方公里,森林覆盖率74%,地质景观独特,享有“川北小西藏”、“蜀道亚高原”、“中国十大避暑名山”、“中国西部生态养生基地”等美誉。历史上和地理上,这一片秦巴山区(包括广元曾家山和汉中部分地区)联系紧密,风光、气候、民俗有相似之处。很多从汉中出发的游客会选择去曾家山旅游。曾家山作为川北知名的避暑胜地和旅游景区,在陕南(包括汉中)也有很高的知名度,常被周边地区居民视为一个便捷的旅游目的地。
项目位于镇巴县城西南面曾家山地区,距离县城10分钟车程。镇巴县隶属于汉中市,原来名为“定远”,后来改名“镇巴”,应该是和巴山有密切的关系。虽说地处陕西境内,但是语言和饮食习惯基本上和四川无异。
Zengjiashan has an average altitude of 1,400 meters, a total area of 586 square kilometers, a forest coverage rate of 74%, and unique geological landscapes. It enjoys the reputation of "Little Xizang of Northern Sichuan", "Subplateau of the Shu Road", "Top Ten Summer Resorts in China", and "Ecological Health Base in Western China". Historically and geographically, this area of the Qinba Mountain Region (including parts of Zengjiashan in Guangyuan and Hanzhong) is closely connected, sharing similarities in terms of scenery, climate and folk customs. Many tourists departing from Hanzhong choose to travel to Zengjiashan. Zengjiashan, a well-known summer resort and tourist attraction in northern Sichuan, also enjoys a high reputation in southern Shaanxi (including Hanzhong), and is often regarded by the residents of the surrounding areas as a convenient tourist destination.
The project is located in the Zengjiashan area in the southwest of Zhenba County, 10 minutes' drive from the county seat. Zhenba County is under the jurisdiction of Hanzhong City. It was originally called "Dingyuan" and later renamed "Zhenba", which should have a close relationship with the Ba Mountains. Although it is located in Shaanxi Province, its language and dietary habits are basically the same as those in Sichuan.

一、陕西汉中 ·欢喜山
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
沿着盘山路蜿蜒而上,可以到达三个民房,继续向上一个回头弯后,就来到项目现场。项目用地沿道路东面展开,一直延伸到山坡顶端一户人家。整个用地原始植被较为丰富,向北向西都被高达的树木所遮挡,向东向南可以有较远的视野纵深,可以作为主要的景观方向。整个山地的景色比较均质,缺乏特别抓人眼球的极致景色。
设计师压着这题搜盘山路来回有了几趟,最后,终于在最后那个回头弯前停下来,“这里有可能成为最终的引爆点”。在这个回头弯布置移动景观最大化的建筑,面向东面展开观景面,可以远观山景,同时他可以成为山上的表示性建筑,具备了看与别看的特质。
由于这样的原因,项目的1号建筑在这里落位。整个前区的接待服务功能聚集于此,面向东面的景观面布置接待厅、餐厅、茶室和包间。长达70米的观景面被极限的利用起来。
Following the winding mountain road up, you can reach three civilian houses. After making one more turn upwards, you will arrive at the project site. The project site spreads along the east side of the road and extends all the way to a household at the top of the hillside. The entire land is rich in original vegetation. It is blocked by tall trees to the north and west, while to the east and south, there is a considerable depth of view, which can serve as the main direction of the landscape. The scenery of the entire mountain area is rather uniform and lacks particularly eye-catching and extreme views.
The designer, under the pressure of this question, searched the winding mountain road back and forth several times. Finally, he stopped just before the last turn back, saying, "This place might become the ultimate trigger point." In this turning corner, the building that maximizes the mobile landscape is arranged, with the viewing side facing east, allowing for a distant view of the mountain scenery. At the same time, it can become a representative building on the mountain, possessing the characteristics of both viewing and not viewing.
For this reason, Building 1 of the project is located here. The entire reception service function of the front area is concentrated here. The reception hall, restaurant, tea room and private rooms are arranged on the east-facing landscape. The 70-meter-long viewing surface has been utilized to the fullest extent.

山路的尽头有一组老建筑,是村民的旧屋。门前几棵大树特别有归属感,在充分保留场地乔木的基础上,旧屋也被部分保留下来。并且,这一横一竖的组合方式也成为客房院落的实际出发点。由于运营商的需求,我们需要打造院子空间来给客人整栋使用。设计师以老建筑的组合方式为原型,做了适当的升级,局部建筑成为两层,组合成为独立的庭院客房。没个独立的院子有三套客房的同时,还提供了餐厅、活动室和室外的露台和泡池。构成了本项目的基本度假单元。
原设计在标准客房区中间又结合咖啡厅的泳池空间。后来由于土地问题被迫取消,客房也被打散分不到用地的边缘。在建筑二次放线的过程中,无意走到一处山坡,树林中远眺场地一览无余。“这里可以布置建筑吗?”现场得到土地部门的认可后,大家就决定重新设计一个泳池咖啡厅,放在这个位置。至此,具备打卡属性的泳池就这样落位了。遗憾的是项目落地过程中原本悬挑的咖啡厅平台变为落地的形式,失去了原设计“轻盈的感觉”。
At the end of the mountain road, there is a group of old buildings, which are the villagers' old houses. The several big trees in front of the door give a special sense of belonging. On the basis of fully preserving the trees on the site, the old house has also been partially preserved. Moreover, this combination of horizontal and vertical lines also serves as the actual starting point for the guest room courtyard. Due to the demands of the operator, we need to create a courtyard space for the entire building to be used by the guests. The designer took the combination method of the old building as a prototype and made appropriate upgrades. Some parts of the building became two-story and were combined into independent courtyard guest rooms. There is no separate courtyard. It has three guest rooms and also offers a restaurant, an activity room, an outdoor terrace and a hot spring pool. It constitutes the basic vacation unit of this project.
The original design integrates the swimming pool space of the coffee shop in the middle of the standard guest room area. Later, due to land issues, it was forced to be cancelled, and the guest rooms were also scattered and could not be allocated to the edge of the land. During the secondary layout of the building, I happened to walk up a hillside. From the woods, I could see the site in full view.
Can buildings be arranged here? After obtaining approval from the land department on site, everyone decided to redesign a swimming pool cafe and place it in this location. So far, the swimming pool with check-in attributes has been placed. Regrettably, during the project's implementation, the originally cantilevered coffee shop platform was transformed into a ground floor form, losing the "light and airy" feel of the original design.

二、空间美学
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
除了民宿的基本功能需求外,本项目还有和特别的职能——城市客厅。承载着镇巴的招商活动、企业产品发布、文旅项目推介等方面的活动功能,因此,增加了活动厅的设计。多功能大厅位于道路一侧,交通便捷抵达的地方。同时,结合室外的广场,能够辐射整个活动草坪,是室内会议和室外活动的多目的场所。
刚才提到了很多设计的功能和需求,在满足这些需求的同时,我们没有更多的强调建筑的存在感,而希望建筑的体验,如同舒适的鞋子一样,让人忘记了建筑本身的存在。所以设计上不求可以的表达,而是尽量收敛和含蓄的提供体验的空间。这也是本项目呼应“禅茶文化”的重要设计理念。
In addition to the basic functional requirements of a homestay, this project also has a special function - a city living room. It serves the functions of investment promotion activities, enterprise product launches, and cultural tourism project promotions in Zhenba. Therefore, the design of the event hall has been added. The multi-functional hall is located on one side of the road, in a place with convenient transportation. At the same time, combined with the outdoor square, it can radiate the entire activity lawn, making it a multi-purpose venue for both indoor meetings and outdoor activities.
Just now, many functions and requirements of design were mentioned. While meeting these requirements, we did not emphasize the presence of the building more. Instead, we hoped that the experience of the building would be like comfortable shoes, making people forget the existence of the building itself. Therefore, in the design, we do not seek possible expression, but rather strive to provide space for experience in a restrained and reserved manner. This is also an important design concept of this project that echoes the "Zen tea culture".

整个园区近4万平米的用地,连同木屋的建筑总面积超过5000平米,容积率在0.1左右,如此低的建筑密度,为景观绿化提供了广大的场地,形成了超大的园林空间。
The entire park covers an area of nearly 40,000 square meters, with a total construction area including wooden houses exceeding 5,000 square meters. The plot ratio is around 0.1. Such a low building density provides a vast space for landscape greening and forms a super-large garden space.
