根据中央气象台今天早晨6点发布的最新消息，今年第9号台风“罗莎”已于今早加强为台风级，早晨5点其中心位于关岛塞班偏北方向约530公里的西北太平洋洋面上，中心附近最大风力有12级。
预计，“罗莎”将以每小时20-25公里的速度向偏北方向移动，强度逐渐增强。未来“罗莎”对我国海域无影响。
