中国红十字基金会2025年 “天使之旅” 先心病患儿筛查救助行动中，来自西藏林芝、新疆喀什等地的42名患儿在上海德达医院接受治疗。该行动13年来覆盖22个省及新疆生产建设兵团，累计筛查184万余人次，救助患儿超1万人次。
