“迈阿密与华盛顿之间曾就斯玛特进行过一些谈判，我认为曾有过一个框架，考虑在某个时刻用斯玛特去交换罗齐尔。”Jake Fischer写道。
最终，斯玛特放弃680万美元完成买断，随后以两年1100万美元加盟湖人。
至于罗齐尔，执法部门仍在进行关于他的涉赌调查。
