人民财讯7月25日电，广深铁路(601333)7月25日晚间公告，公司当日与广州市政府、公司控股股东广铁集团就广州东站改造工程签订合作协议。
该项目总投资约166.6亿元，项目投资分为还建补偿投资和项目公司投资两部分。其中，还建补偿投资约22.28亿元，由广州市政府承担；项目公司投资约144.32亿元，广州市政府出资约98.11亿元，广铁集团出资约30.64亿元，公司出资约15.57亿元。
