新京报贝壳财经讯 7月24日，安琪酵母发布公告称，公司拟以5.06亿元收购呼伦贝尔晟通糖业科技有限公司（简称“晟通糖业”）55%股权，收购资金来源为自有资金和银行贷款。交易完成后，晟通糖业将作为公司的控股子公司，纳入公司合并报表范围，将进一步推动公司制糖板块及其下游产业链业务发展，优化产业结构，有利于增强公司持续盈利能力和综合竞争力。
