当地时间7月25日，俄罗斯联邦航天局发布消息称，“联盟-2.1b”运载火箭搭载两颗“电离层-M”太阳地球物理探测装置和18颗卫星在位于俄罗斯远东地区的东方航天发射中心发射升空。
据介绍，18颗卫星中还有一颗伊朗宇航研究中心制造的通信卫星。（央视新闻）
