财联社7月25日电，上海2025年第六批次土地出让7月25日继续现场交易，虹口区北外滩地区hk315-11地块备受关注，地块位于北外滩核心区内，吸引7组竞买人参与竞拍，并触发了“高品质建设”指标环节，在“高品质建设”指标全部达到上限后，启动第二轮不设上限竞价。最终，绿城中国以约64.72亿元竞得该地块，成交楼面价达约12.66万/平方米，溢价率达46.33%，创下近年来上海公开土拍溢价率新高。 (澎湃新闻)
