天海防务7月24日公告，公司全资子公司上海佳豪船舶科技发展公司拟与江西新江洲船舶重工有限责任公司就2艘15000t级醇电混动多用途船建造项目签订《15000t级醇电混动多用途船项目管理服务合同》、《15000t级醇电混动多用途船船舶设计合同》、《15000t级醇电混动多用途船设备采购合同》，合同价格分别为427.8万元、186万元、1008.6万元，合计为人民币1622.4万元。
