智通财经APP讯，江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)发布公告，该公司于2024年12月收到中国银行间市场交易商协会的《接受注册通知书》(中市协注〔2024〕SCP401)，根据《接受注册通知书》，公司自2024年12月30日起2年内可分期发行规模不超过人民币40亿元的超短期融资券。
于2025年7月22日，公司发行了2025年度第四期超短期融资券。据悉，该债券简称“25宁沪高SCP004”，期限170天，实际发行总额5.6亿元，发行利率1.48%。
