财联社7月19日电，从中国铁路呼和浩特局集团有限公司获悉，7月19日下午7时28分，随着10389次货运列车从包兰铁路杭锦旗站发车并平稳驶过前期受水害破坏区段，中断行车约24个小时的包兰铁路杭锦旗站至碱柜站区间顺利恢复通车， 途经该区段的客货列车运行秩序将逐步恢复。
