7月19日下午，广州日报新花城记者从广州海事局获悉，受台风“韦帕”影响，广州港3号区和4号区已挂2号风球。16时起，珠江日夜游停航，广州的水上客渡航线已经全部停航。
据中央气象台预报，“韦帕”逐渐加强，将直接登陆珠三角，台风环流庞大，覆盖范围广，伴强降雨和强风。
