正裕工业7月18日晚间公告，拟向不超过35名特定投资者发行不超过本次发行前公司总股本30%的A股股票，募集资金总额不超过4.5亿元。扣除发行费用后的募集资金净额将用于正裕智造园（二期）项目和补充流动资金。募集资金不足部分由公司自筹资金解决。
