格隆汇7月17日丨首惠产业金融(00730.HK)公告，罗兵咸永道会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师。
按照审核委员会建议，董事会议决委任信永中和（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为公司新任核数师，自2025年7月17日起生效，以填补罗兵咸辞任后的临时空缺。信永中和将任职直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
