金融界7月16日消息，天赐材料公告称，2025年7月15日，其全资子公司九江天赐高新材料有限公司与武汉楚能新能源有限公司、孝感楚能新能源创新科技有限公司、宜昌楚能新能源创新科技有限公司签订《生产材料采购合作协议》。协议约定，在协议有效期内（至2030年12月31日），九江天赐向楚能新能源预计供应电解液系列产品总量不少于55万吨。
