人民财讯7月16日电，港股威雅利复牌，盘中最高上涨超9倍，最高价达33.2港元。7月15日，威雅利发布公告，公司已完成认购事项，公众持有的股份数已由1073.63万股增至2573.63万股，占公司经扩大已发行股本约25.06%，公司已符合香港上市规则所载的最低公众持股量规定。此前，公司股票自2024年9月30日停牌。
