成都市成华区人民医院是整合成华区妇幼保健院、成华区中医院医疗资源的基础上的一所由政府举办的非营利性综合医院，医院以妇幼和中医为特色，被卫生部、世界卫生组织和联合国儿童基金会命名为“爱婴医院”，是省、市、区社保局指定的“城乡职工基本医疗保险定点医疗机构”。2013年11月，医院通过省妇幼保健机构评审，成为二级甲等妇幼保健院。
