北京商报讯（记者 马换换 王蔓蕾）7月14日晚间，纳思达（002180）发布2025年半年度业绩预告显示，公司预计上半年实现归属净利润为-4亿元到-2亿元，同比转亏。
纳思达表示，公司重大资产出售已于2025年7月1日完成交割，公司根据《企业会计准则》的相关规定进行核算，初步测算对本期归母净利润及扣非归母净利润均产生了较大影响。剔除该影响后，归属净利润为3亿—4亿元。
