士兰微7月14日，预计2025年上半年归属于母公司所有者的净利润为2.35亿元至2.75亿元，同比实现扭亏为盈。报告期内，公司子公司士兰集成5、6吋芯片生产线、子公司士兰集昕8吋芯片生产线、重要参股企业士兰集科12吋芯片生产线均保持满负荷生产。
