据香港01报道，随着《稳定币条例》将于8月1日正式实施，目前已有50至60家公司有意申请香港稳定币牌照，其中一半为支付机构，另一半为知名互联网公司，大部分具中资背景。业界预计首阶段将仅发出3至4个牌照，初期稳定币主要挂钩港元和美元。
