格隆汇7月11日丨开勒股份(301070.SZ)公布，为了满足豫资开勒经营发展需求，开勒新能源拟向豫资开勒增资1,000万元，其中912.5543万元计入豫资开勒的注册资本，87.4457万元计入豫资开勒的资本公积。增资后，开勒新能源将持有豫资开勒51.4760%的股权，豫资开勒成为公司控股孙公司，纳入公司合并报表范围。
