格隆汇7月11日丨大快活集团(00052.HK)公告，于2025年7月11日，公司董事会议决注销3,330,000份未行使购股权，但须待现行持有人同意。
董事进一步公告，于2025年7月11日，公司已邀约授出5,500,000份新购股权予部份现行持有人及集团其他雇员，该等购股权部份用作替代已注销的未行使购股权，新购股权的行使价每股股份港币5.470元。
