7月10日，长沙银行发布公告称，近日，该行收到《湖南金融监管局关于白晓长沙银行副行长任职资格的批复》（湘金复〔2025〕137号）、《湖南金融监管局关于彭敬恩长沙银行首席风险官任职资格的批复》（湘金复〔2025〕141号），分别核准白晓担任副行长的任职资格，彭敬恩担任首席风险官的任职资格。
