7月9日，维梧资本表示，东加勒比最高法院的上诉裁决支持尚珹资本（Prime Success）与维梧资本 （Vivo Capital）参与科兴关键股东投票的权利。
维梧资本表示，法院裁定明确确认，尚珹资本与维梧资本作为有效股东，有权出席并参与2025年7月8日的科兴股东大会投票。（界面新闻记者李科文）
