恒立退7月9日公告，公司董事、总裁龚俊宇因个人原因申请辞去公司总裁职务，辞任后将继续担任公司董事职务。副总裁、财务总监吕友帮因个人原因申请辞去公司财务总监职务，辞任后将继续担任公司副总裁职务。上述辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。公司董事会将尽快指定人选代行总裁和财务总监职责。
