FORTIOR公布配发结果，公司全球发售1874.44万股H股股份，香港公开发售占43.48%，国际发售占56.52%。最终每股发售价120.5港元，全球发售净筹约21.36亿港元。预期H股将于2025年7月9日上午九时开始在联交所买卖。
其中，香港公开发售获138.26倍认购，国际发售获8.61倍认购。
