2025年5月21日，四川江油。刘某驾驶摩托车行至龙凤镇某村路口，遇前方信号灯为红灯却未减速，而是直接闯灯通行，结果撞上一辆绿灯时刚起步的小汽车。惯性作用下，刘某直接“前空翻”并头部触地摔倒，万幸他戴了安全头盔，头部受到保护，虽受伤却未受致命伤害。
交警调查认定，刘某驾驶摩托车闯红灯导致事故，负全部责任。
