金融界7月8日消息，万邦德公告称，近日收到实际控制人赵守明先生及庄惠女士的通知，其所持有公司的部分股份办理了解除质押及再质押手续。赵守明解除质押15万股、1000万股，庄惠解除质押985万股；赵守明再质押1015万股，庄惠再质押985万股 ，用途均为融资担保。
