航天机电7月8日公告，公司董事会近日收到公司董事、副总经理史佳超的书面辞职报告，因工作变动原因，史佳超申请辞去董事及副总经理职务，辞职报告自送达公司董事会时生效。辞去上述职务后，史佳超将不在公司及控股子公司任职。
