近日，有消费者反映山姆会员商店上架的“农夫山泉纯透实用冰”2公斤规格售价22.8元，价格偏高。经计算，冻制该规格冰块需4瓶500毫升农夫山泉瓶装水，相当于每瓶水售价约5.7元。7月7日，山姆客服回应称，该冰块为农夫山泉专供山姆渠道的定制商品，采用24至32小时超低速缓慢冻结工艺，融化速度比普通冰块降低20%，更适用于夏季长时间保冷场景，定价由采购部门与供应商协商确定。
