当地时间7日，俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫表示，俄罗斯拥有使铀贫化的技术并愿意在该方面向伊朗提供服务。俄方可以从伊朗运出该国剩余的过度浓缩的铀并在俄企业对其进行加工，之后再作为能源用浓缩铀供伊朗核能设施使用。
