金融界7月7日消息，通宇通讯公告称，持有公司股份1.15亿股的控股股东、实际控制人、董事、总经理时桂清（SHI GUIQING）女士拟于2025年7月29日至2025年10月28日，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过1565.35万股，占公司总股本的2.9963%，占剔除公司回购专用账户65.05万股后总股本的3%。其中集中竞价方式减持不超521.78万股，大宗交易方式减持不超1043.57万股 。
