7月7日，据欧力士集团消息，其美国子公司ORIX Corporation USA与金融服务机构Hilco Trading, LLC达成股权收购协议，将收购后者约71.4%的股权。此次交易预计将于2025年9月底前完成。ORIX Corporation USA在美国市场主要专注于私募信贷、不动产金融及私募股权投资三大核心业务，截至2025年3月底，其资产管理规模达898亿美元。
