消息面上，7月6日晚间，*ST紫天披露公告称，公司股票自7月7日开市起复牌。因公司未在法定期限内披露2024年年度报告，并且在公司股票停牌两个月内仍未披露，根据相关规定，公司股票复牌后被叠加退市风险警示。
