财联社7月7日电，据浙江海事局消息，今年第4号台风“丹娜丝”于7月7日7时在北纬25.7°东经121°，即距（温州）257公里的海面上，中心最大风力11级，中心气压为975百帕，移动方向北东北，移动速度每小时18公里。根据台风态势及走向，浙江海事局决定于7月7日8时启动南区II防台应急响应，请各单位严格按照防台预案，坚决做好各项防台工作。
