乌克兰国家铁路公司当地时间7月4日早上通报，俄罗斯武装力量对基辅的袭击导致铁路基础设施受损，引发部分客运列车晚点近2个小时。
基辅市市长克利奇科通报称，袭击已造成14人受伤。
