据中央气象台消息，7月3日5点钟，今年第3号台风“木恩”（热带风暴级；英文名称：Mun；名字来源：密克罗尼西亚；名称意义：六月）在西北太平洋洋面生成，其中心位于日本东京南偏东方约1150公里的洋面上，中心附近最大风力有8级（18米/秒），其将以每小时10~15公里的速度向偏北转东北方向移动，强度逐渐增强。
