乌克兰武装部队当地时间7月3日在社交媒体上表示，当天上午9时左右，俄罗斯对乌克兰波尔塔瓦市发动了袭击，引发火灾。
波尔塔瓦州军事行政长官弗拉基米尔·科古特表示，俄罗斯当天对波尔塔瓦的袭击造成2人死亡、11人受伤。目前现场已成立应急指挥部，所有救援力量正在开展工作。（央视新闻）
