据悉，华为创始人任正非6月27日签发内部任命，原海思总裁、现任半导体业务部总裁何庭波将兼任华为高级人才定薪科科长，该任命于7月1日正式生效。何庭波1996年加入华为，曾主导3G芯片研发，历任芯片业务、研发部长、海思总裁等关键岗位，现任科学家委员会主任等职。
