7月2日至3日，陇南市、天水市、平凉市、庆阳市出现强降雨天气，陇南市局地出现大暴雨。目前，强降雨仍在持续。按照《甘肃省防汛抗洪应急预案》，经会商研判，甘肃省防汛抗旱指挥部办公室决定于7月3日11时启动省级防汛抗洪三级应急响应。
