财联社7月2日电，美股芯片板块走高，费城半导体指数涨1.4%，台积电涨超2.8%，触及历史新高的231.68美元。AMD涨超1.5%，美光科技涨超1%，英伟达涨超2.6%。消息面上，根据美参议院通过的“大漂亮”法案最终版，若芯片企业在现行芯片法案提出的2026年截止日期之前在美国动工兴建新工厂，将有资格享受35%的投资税抵免，远超现行法案的抵免25%。
