北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，7月1日北京新房网签246套，网签面积17980.98平方米，其中住宅网签139套，网签面积14418.37平方米；二手房网签413套，网签面积36242.97平方米，其中住宅网签325套，网签面积31216.86平方米。
