7月1日，根据北京市住建委数据，2025年1至6月，北京二手房网签量达90035套，同比增长20.4%。其中，3月单月网签19234套，创年内峰值，主要受政策刺激叠加学区购房需求集中释放推动。
从成交规模看，2025年上半年网签量显著高于2023年与2024年同期。
