6月30日，今世缘（603369）发布公告，截至公告披露日，本次增持计划时间已过半，控股股东今世缘集团已累计增持公司股份876万股，占公司总股本的0.7023%，合计增持金额3.87亿元。
本次增持金额已达区间下限，且尚未实施完毕，今世缘集团将继续按照相关增持计划择机增持公司股份。
2025年一季度，今世缘实现收入50.99亿元，归母净利润16.44亿元。
