6月30日，美国国家公路交通安全管理局（NHTSA）表示，已对91856辆捷豹路虎汽车启动初步评估，调查其前轮转向节可能存在缺陷的风险。该汽车安全监管机构收到报告称，在受影响车辆中，连接前轮与制动总成等关键部件的铝制前轮转向节出现单侧或双侧断裂情况。
