6月30日，城建发展（600266）发布公告，储昭武因退休原因，不再担任公司董事长等职务。为保证公司正常运作，与会董事共同推举邹哲代为履行董事长、法定代表人职责，期限至选举出新任董事长止。
2025年一季度，城建发展实现收入66.14亿元，归母净利润4317万元。
